ComplianceOS is a compliance platform built for private landlords in England who want a simple way to track certificates, meet legal deadlines, and sleep at night knowing their properties are compliant.

Why we built this

The Renters' Rights Act 2025 changed everything for private landlords. Section 21 is gone, penalties have increased dramatically, and the compliance landscape is more complex than ever. Yet most landlords — especially "accidental" landlords with one or two properties — have no system for tracking what's due and when.

We built ComplianceOS to fix that. Upload your Gas Safety, EICR, and EPC certificates. Our AI reads the key dates. You get a traffic-light dashboard and reminders before anything expires. No spreadsheets, no guesswork.

Who we are

ComplianceOS Ltd is registered in England and Wales. The platform was founded by Anoop Sahal, a software engineer and landlord who experienced first-hand the difficulty of keeping track of compliance obligations across multiple properties.

After spending hours each year chasing certificate renewals, cross-referencing legislation changes, and worrying about missed deadlines, Anoop decided to build the tool he wished existed — a simple, automated compliance tracker designed specifically for the UK private rented sector.
